"Shipping made me a little nervous"
I ordered this last month and it took almost two weeks to show up. The items were fine once they arrived, but the wait was longer than I expected and made me a bit uneasy, especially not knowing if there was going to be an issue with the delivery. I’d probably think twice if I needed something by a certain date

I went with my usual size it just felt like the right call as soon as I tried it on. It wasn’t too tight or too loose, just had that easy, comfortable fit I was hoping for. The size chart helped, but my gut was pretty much right on this one. Really happy with how it turned out.

I was happy with shopkoch.com overall. The site was easy to use and everything felt simple enough, which I really appreciated. I didn’t run into any major issues, but when I had a small question, I kind of felt ignored and never really got a clear response. "Worth it because the description was accurate"

"Honestly, the prices were actually decent"
I’ll be real, I’m so tired of checking out online and feeling like the total magically doubles by the end, but shopkoch.com was actually reasonable. A few things were cheaper than I expected, and the quality didn’t feel cheap either, which was a nice surprise. Checkout was simple and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of annoying hoops. Nothing super fancy, but i just wanted a good deal without the hassle, and that’s pretty much what I got. I’d buy from them again.

"Good pan, but the packaging made me wonder"
I ordered a knife and a small pan from shopkoch.com, and the items themselves were fine. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the packaging felt careless — the box was way too big and there was barely any padding inside.

The pan ended up with a small dent on the edge, though not bad enough that I felt like dealing with a return. Still, for the price, I kind of expected better packing. Maybe I should’ve complained, but I just kept it.

"Quick exchange when I was in a hurry"
